If you require custom or advanced functionality, the timeframe may be a bit longer, but we will keep you informed throughout the process. How can I accept payments on my website?

Our eCommerce Packages come with the option to install either PayPal or Stripe payment gateways. These solutions offer small businesses competitive rates for processing credit and debit card payments. It’s important to note that we’re not able to assist with the account creation process for either PayPal or Stripe. However, the process is quick and easy. Additionally, both PayPal and Stripe support Apple Pay and Android Pay, providing an extra level of convenience for your customers.

How do I manage orders?

Managing your eCommerce orders is a breeze! Our order management system is just as easy to use as your email inbox, and it’s accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Plus, our mobile app sends you push notifications whenever a new sale is made – how convenient is that?

From your online dashboard, you can view all of your order details, process refunds, and even take manual orders over the phone. Our order management system is designed with user-friendliness in mind, so whether you’re a seasoned online seller or just starting out, you’ll find it intuitive to navigate.

When a customer places an order, they’ll receive automatic email notifications, and you’ll receive an email notification with their order details when they complete checkout. How many products can I add to my store?

Great news! You can add as many products as you want to your store with no set limit. However, we advise against adding hundreds or thousands of products from the start if you want to generate sales through search engines. Instead, focus on your top products and ensure their descriptions are well-written, unique, and have high-quality imagery.

The only constraint you may face is based on your website’s storage capacity. If your images are compressed (under 500kbs), you should be able to add 500+ products without any impact on performance with our basic hosting package. Do you require more storage and higher speeds? We offer custom hosting solutions for large stores.

Is there a stock management system?

You will have a complete stock management system integrated into your website, which enables you to manage your inventory easily. You can control your stock levels directly from your dashboard, and the system will update automatically each time you receive an order or process a refund.

Furthermore, it’s simple to manually adjust your stock levels, set products as in or out of stock, and offer backorders if you have high demand for certain products.
