Samsung sent 30 trucks filled with 5-cent coins to Apple’s head quarters in California today. Samsung were forced to pay Apply $1 billion after a law case however they weren’t told that they had to pay in a specific method. When the trucks arrived at the Apple head quarters the security company initially told them that they had arrived at the wrong place however minutes later Tim Cook (Apple CEO) received a call from the Samsung CEO explaining that they will pay the £1 billion dollars for the fine in 5-cent coins.
We are looking forward to seeing how Apple respond to this epic move from Samsung considering it is going to take hundreds of hours to count all of the coins to make sure that the payment was received in full, hopefully they miscount and have to repeat the whole process again.
